In a fully remote environment, fostering connection among new employees at West Arete was a challenge. To bridge that gap, I developed New Employee Welcome Boxes—a curated experience designed to make new hires feel seen and connected from day one.
Each box included hand-selected items from team members and a custom-designed map showing where each person lives, creating an immediate sense of place and community. I handled the design, logistics, and execution, ensuring every detail reflected the company’s culture and values.
