West Arete, a B Corp and one of the first 100 companies to join 1% for the Planet, wanted an annual employee benefit that reinforced its commitment to environmental sustainability. A coworker and I developed the idea to gift every team member an Annual National Park Pass, encouraging them to explore and connect with the outdoors.
I led the design and execution, creating custom packaging with Gmund Wood Grain embossed cardstock and a unique custom sticker each year. I also managed the logistics and rollout, ensuring the program remained a thoughtful, values-driven experience.
